Our Adopted Charities
Every year SingSoc raises money for two wonderful charities through collections at concerts, society events and our fabulous Pub Carolling events in the city!
This year we are supporting Sheffield Music Hub and Support Dogs.
Sheffield Music Hub believes that every child, regardless of race; gender; where they live; their levels of musical talent; parental income; whether they have special educational needs or disabilities; and whether they are looked-after children; deserve the very best music education.
The Music Hub's Musical Stars Programme aims to support children and young people for whom making music is the main focus of their world, their ‘life and soul’ so to speak, and without the extra support may not be able to reach their musical potential!
Support Dogs is a charity training autism assistance dogs, epilepsy seizure alert dogs and disability assistance dogs for those affected by a wide range of physical conditions including MS, cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia, and more.

Established in 1992, Support Dogs works across England, Scotland and Wales and provides all of its services entirely free of charge to those in need of them. However, the charity relies solely on voluntary donations and receives no government funding.
